Frank was born Jan. 18, 1947, in Hannibal, the son of James and Frances (Mix) Conrad.

Mr. Conrad had worked for General Mills.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two siblings, Aaron Conrad and Russell Conrad; and his longtime girlfriend, Susan Calvert.
