Justin S. Hein, 43, of Frankford, Mo., suffered minor injuries in a collision at 7:20 p.m. Friday, Feb. 3, in southbound U.S. 61 south of Route RA in Pike County, Mo. He went by ambulance to Hannibal Regional Hospital.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a southbound 2006 Chevrolet HHR driven by Albert W. Lawson, 57, of Mexico, Mo., struck the rear of a 2000 Chevrolet truck driven by Hein.
The Hein truck went off the right side of the highway, and the Lawson vehicle stopped on the highway. Lawson was not injured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
