Hannibal police are investigating the report that a woman in her early 20s was pushed from a moving vehicle Thursday morning in the downtown area.
HPD officers and emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the scene at approximately 11:25 a.m. According to preliminary reports after the woman was pushed from the vehicle it ran over one of her feet. She was also complaining of an arm injury.
