Downtown Hannibal was a flurry of activity Sunday morning, June 15, as volunteers and city workers rallied to hold back the rising flood waters.
Hannibal firefighters were busy at North Street building a well to containing drainage water. In other parts of downtown, city employees were sandbagging and building up the flood wall.
