Captain John W. Elliott, commanding officer of Troop B, Macon, announces that Troop B officers will be involved in a program to provide maximum manpower of troopers during the peak travel days of the Labor Day holiday weekend.  The “10-Mile Trooper Project” is designed to assign a trooper every 10 miles on a designated highway in Troop B.
