NECAC visits McCaskill North East Community Action Corporation (NECAC) President and Chief Executive Officer Don Patrick, left, and Board Chairman Lyndon Bode met with Democratic U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill of Missouri last week in Washington D.C. The congressional visit was held in conjunction with the National Community Action Foundation (NCAF) annual legislative conference, with more than 1,000 non-profit Community Action Agencies represented. NECAC is a 12-county area not-for-profit social service, community health and public housing Community Action Agency that contracts with federal, state and local governments, private businesses and other non-profit groups to deliver numerous programs for the low-income, elderly, youth, disabled and disadvantaged.
