Frankford, MO —
The Pike County Sheriff’s Department continues its investigation of a two-year-old gunshot victim.
Preliminary findings indicate the boy shot himself in an arm with a rifle.
Deputies were called to Highway ZZ near Frankford just after 9 a.m. Oct. 31.
The victim’s name has not been released. He was taken to Hannibal Regional Hospital by his father and transferred to a Columbia hospital.
