AVENUES Domestic and Sexual Violence Shelter will be holding a Candlelight Vigil from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 28, in Hannibal’s Central Park, in recognition of those whose voices have been silenced by domestic violence. Speakers will include Tom Redington, Marion County prosecutor; a representative from the Hannibal Police Department; Pastor Kim Britt of Faith Miracle Church, and a survivor of domestic violence.
