Hannibal woman arrested for alleged fraud

A worker in a Hannibal medical office has been arrested for alleged fraud.
Forty-four-year-old Lisa K. Meyers is accused of depositing corporate checks from the medical office where she worked into her personal account in St. Louis.
Hannibal police investigators said they were able to track the checks to the suspect’s account.
Meyers was released pending a review of the case by the Marion County Prosecuting Attorney’s office.
