Holiday buffet planned Nov. 29

The New Canton, Ill., United Methodist Church will serve a holiday buffet from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 29.  The menu will include roast pork loin, two types of meat balls, mashed potatoes and gravy, macaroni and cheese, green beans, deviled eggs and cottage cheese, along with salads, rolls, dessert and drink. Proceeds from the free-will donation will be used for the new fellowship building. Following the meal, there will be a game of bingo with prizes awarded.
The church is located at the corner of Walnut and Palmyra streets in New Canton.
