A student art show was held in conjunction with the Bank of Louisiana and the Raintree Arts Council.
Participating school districts were: Bowling Green Elementary, Bowling Green High School, Frankford Elementary, Clopton Schools, Homeschoolers, Logan Private classes, Louisiana Elementary, Louisiana Middle School, Louisiana High School and Troy Buchanan High School. There were 270 pieces entered in this show.
The following awards were given:
Grades K-2: First place- Tatum DePriest, second place - Austin Cox; third place - Gabe Bowser; honorable mentions: Caitlyn Powell, Drew Bowen, Ronan Hoskins, Claire Grover and Shea Rohn
Grades 3-4
First place - Morgan Putenbaugh; second place - Savannah Morton; third place - Bryson Herdicker; honorable mentions: Ally Huber, Hannah Cox, Nathan Wurtz
Grades 5-6
First place - Savannah Boehlein; second place - Bly Haines; third place- McKinley White; honorable mentions: Byron Guertzgen
Grades 7-8
First place - Jackson Chamberlain; second place - Daniel Frances; third place - Nicole Hawkins; honorable mentions, Madison Dolbeare and Spencer Brown.
Grades 9-10
First place - Jackie Robertson; second place - Austin Story; third place - Krystal Ryan; Honorable Mentions: Kurtis Denny and Tim Hanly.
Grade 11- 12
First place - Chase Cagle; second place - Saxton Cole; third place - Leah Fisher; honorable mentions, Brett Bolton, Libby Scobee, Leah Fisher, Carley Yokem and Amanda Piel.
