Court dates have been set for four drug suspects arrested as part of an investigation by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department and NEMO Drug Task Force.
Robert E. Wolfe of Paris is charged with felony distribution of a controlled substance near schools. He has a Nov. 10 status hearing and remained Thursday in the Monroe County Jail on $100,000 cash-only bond.
Wolfe’s wife, Jodi, is accused of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, unlawful use of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child. A trial setting will be held Nov. 10. She was free on $2,000 bond.
James D. Griffith of Madison is charged with felony possession of marijuana. He is free on $5,000 bond pending a Nov. 24 counsel status hearing.
The final suspect, Tanya A. Bennett of Madison, is accused of misdemeanor possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She is free on $2,000 and has a trial setting on Nov. 24.
The arrests followed the execution of a search warrant at 19551 Monroe Road 235 near Paris.
Authorities said they found controlled substances and a firearm.
