Urinating in public allegation leads to other charges

A man that police say they caught urinating behind a downtown Hannibal business also faces other charges.
In addition to public indecency, 24-year-old James Smith is accused of possession of a controlled substance and drunkenness.
Hannibal bicycle officers said they found Smith urinating on a parking lot behind 600 Broadway just before midnight May 22.
A subsequent search turned up marijuana. Smith posted bond and was released pending a court appearance.
