• Charles Daniel McMahan, vehicle license violation, fined $100.
• Ashley Nichelsoln vs. Jacob Francis Schnidler, defendant to pay child support and provide medical insurance.
• Cach LLS vs. Sandra M. Fugate, defendant to pay $1,177 plus interest and court cost.
• Hannibal Regional Hospital vs. Jerome and Angie Patrick. Defendants to pay two judgments of $2,725 and $2,053 plus interest and court costs.
• Hannibal Regional Hospital vs. Jeffrey W. Robb, defendant to pay $1,152 plus interest and court costs.
• James D. Lumberg, seat belt violation, fined $10.
• Jared David Dodd, failure to stop for stop sign, fined $25.
• Joseph Andrew Berry, tampering, first degree. Pleaded guilty and sentenced to three years with the Department of Corrections, granted a suspended execution of sentence with five years probation.
• Marion County Children’s Division vs. Shonda K. Smith. Defendant to pay child support for minor children and medical coverage for the children if available.
• John T. Tyrell, taking wildlife illegally, fined $20.
• Timothy L. Billman, seat belt violation, fined $10.
• Jeremiah J. Greenwell, careless and imprudent driving, accident, fined $110.
• Capital One Bank vs. Jeffrey S. Obryan, defendant to pay $673.
• Capital One Bank vs. Ronnie Ferrell, defendant to pay $874.
• Capital One Bank vs. Stephen L. Majors, defendant to pay $861 plus interest and court costs.
• Capital One Bank vs. Velma Morgan, defendant to pay $748 plus interest and court costs.
• Ford Motor Credit Co. vs. Cloyd W. Barden, defendant to pay $14,550 plus costs and interest.
• Doug C. Zeis, insufficient personal flotation devices, fined $10.
• Shawn Ray Lee, motorcycle headgear violation, fined $25.
• Page Diane Summers, vehicle registration violation, fined $15.
• Thomas E. Adams, failure to cover or sufficiently secure vehicle load, fined $130.
• Big D’s Dozing & Trenching vs. William E. Snider, defendant to pay $5,200 plus interest and court costs.
• Capital One Bank vs. Michelle Mcgruder, defendant to pay $1,129 plus interest and court costs.
