Hannibal police report

The following incidents were reported June 7 by the Hannibal Police Department.
• A traffic ticket was issued at St. Mary’s and Pleasant.
• Police were called to non-injury and injury accidents.
• A ticket was issued for unnecessary noise.
• Police were called to investigate disturbances, fights in progress, traffic complaints, juvenile problems, reckless driving and trespassing.
• Property damage was reported in the 4000 block of Market.
• Animal complaints were investigated.
• Property damage was reported in the 2900 block of Market.
• An auto theft was reported in the 3600 block of St. Charles.
• A pit bull puppy with a log chain wrapped around his neck several times was reported in the 800 block of Walnut.
• Possible animal abuse also was reported at another location.
• Property damage was reported in the 600 block of North Hawkins.
The following incidents were reported June 8 by the Hannibal Police Department.
• Police were called to investigate a domestic disturbance, reports of suspicious persons, traffic complaints and noise complaints.
• Traffic tickets were issued on South Main and on Broadway.
• Animals at large were reported and investigated.
• Several incidents of trespassing were reported.
• Many vehicles were photographed running a red light on U.S. 61, either at state Highway 168 or at West Ely Road.
• Property damage was reported in the 900 block of North Sixth Street.
• A written warning was issued after police received a report of possible animal neglect.
• Police were called to several traffic accidents.
• Phone harassment was reported.
• A doberman running loose was reported in the area of Warren Barrett Drive and South Arch Street.
• Police were told license plates and tags were stolen.
• Police were told a male juvenile had been assaulted.
• Two suspicious vehicles were reported on Hospital Drive.
• A woman reported she had been assaulted in the 700 block of Center, and another woman was arrested.
The following incidents were reported June 9 by the Hannibal Police Department.
• A drive-off without paying was reported at 1201 Broadway.
• Stealing was reported in the 400 block of North Sixth Street.
• A man was arrested on drug charges on Stardust.
