Jury finds Kerry L. Wright guilty on 4 counts

A sentencing hearing for Kerry L. Wright, 523 Winter St., Monroe City, (born 1976) is scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, before Judge Rachel L. Bringer in Monroe County Circuit Court at Paris.
On Jan. 13, Wright was found guilty by a jury of felonious restraint, armed criminal action, domestic assault in the second degree and unlawful use of a weapon. He was found not guilty of two counts of endangering the welfare of a child in the first degree.
The court ordered the State Board of Probation and Parole to complete a Sentencing Assessment Report prior to the sentencing hearing.
Wright is represented by David Nicoll Clayton, Hannibal. Talley M. Kendrick served as prosecutor
