Steven E. Gates, 32, of Hannibal, was arrested on Friday afternoon, Aug. 22, following a disturbance in the 1400 block of Broadway.
He was placed on 24-hour hold at the Marion County Jail for domestic assault, endangering the welfare of a child and burglary, first degree.
