Hannibal man sentenced in Quincy sex abuse case

A Hannibal man has been sentenced to two years of probation for his guilty plea to criminal sexual abuse.
Twenty-four-year-old Richard Boggs admitted he had inappropriate sexual contact with a 15-year-old Quincy boy last summer.
Boggs and the boy met over the Internet. He also must spend 14 days in the Adams County Jail and pay court fees.
