Judge Rachel L. Bringer revoked Vandyne Ervin’s probation in Marion County Circuit Court on Jan. 23, and sentenced him to seven years with the Missouri Department of Corrections.
On Sept. 5, 2006, Ervin entered a guilty plea to receiving stolen property, a Class C felony. He received a suspended execution of sentence, and was placed on five years probation. He was order to begin his sentence on Jan. 23, 2012.
