A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, for Joshua Leo Stevens, 207 S. Fifth St., Louisiana, (born 1987) before Judge David Hamilton Ash in Pike County Circuit Court, Bowling Green.
Stevens is charged with two felony counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of theft.
He was arrested by the Louisiana Police Department.
