The following Circuit Court cases were reported by Marion County Prosecuting Attorney Tom Redington.
• Joseph Tierney was on probation. A motion to revoke probation had been filed. On Sept. 23, probation was revoked, and he was sentenced to 30 days in Marion County Jail.
• Jametric L. Miller, charged with possession of a controlled substance - cocaine. On Sept. 22 he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to seven years with the Missouri Department of Corrections.
• Charles E. Elliott, felony resisting arrest. On Sept. 22, he pleaded guilty and was sentenced to three years with the Missouri Department of Corrections. He was granted a suspended execution of sentence with five years supervised probation and 20 days shock incarceration. He was ordered to pay his board bill and court costs.
• Eric D. Mahnken, charged with possession paraphernalia. On Sept. 23, he pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and was sentenced to 90 days in Marion County Jail.  He was granted a suspended execution of sentence pending successful completion of two years supervised probation. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine, $100 to the Marion County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and court costs. He was ordered to complete 20 hours community service.
• Lisa A. Kimber, driving while intoxicated, second offense. On Sept. 23 she pleaded guilty and was sentenced to six months in Marion County Jail. She was granted a suspended execution of sentence pending successful completion of two years private probation. She was ordered to pay a $250 fine, $100 to the Marion County Law Enforcement Restitution Fund and court costs. She was ordered to complete 30 days community service and complete any counseling and treatment her probation officer requires.
