Student hurt in bus accident

   A Quincy Junior High student complained of a neck injury after the bus he was on rear-ended a Jeep about 3 p.m. Monday.
   The accident happened on State Street just west of Carol. The bus was carrying 36 students. The boy was taken to Blessing Hospital as a precaution. The driver of the Jeep and a passenger were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
   Police report the bus was going east on State when it stuck the back of the Jeep, which was stopped in traffic to make a left turn.
   The bus driver, Cecil Haskins, was cited for failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
