Website offers so-called speed traps

   A Website purports to let drivers know where they can find alleged speed traps across the nation.
   The site, www.speedtrap.org, is sponsored by the National Motorists Association, and uses information compiled drivers around the country. The group’s premise is that if all motorists unite, their rights can be upheld.
   The site names Quincy and Macomb in West-Central Illinois and Hannibal, Curryville, Frankford, Foley, Eolia, Elsberry, LaGrange, Louisiana, Old Monroe, Moscow Mills, Shelbina, Troy, Truxton and Winfield in Northeast Missouri.
