The following incidents were reported Sept. 3 by the Hannibal Police Department.
• Police investigated reports of suspicious vehicles, parking complaints, disturbances in progress, barking dogs, a noise complaint and a juvenile problem.
• Stealing was reported in the 1900 block of Lindell.
• Stealing from a vehicle was reported in the 300 block of North Fourth Street.
• Police were told a vehicle was stolen in the 400 block of North Fourth Street.
• Police were called to non-injury accidents.
• A fraud was reported.
• Stealing was reported at Big Lots store.
• Numerous vehicles were photographed running a red light at U.S. 61 and West Ely Road and at U.S. 61 and state Highway 168, and tickets were issued to the vehicle owners.
• Trespassing was reported in the 2200 block of Spruce.
• Drive-offs without paying for fuel were reported at 1208 Mark Twain Ave., 1329 Mark Twain Ave. and 3906 McMasters’ Ave.
• An animal control officer saw a dog without food, water and shelter in the 800 block of Vermont.
• Police were told a man with a sword was walking on the sidewalk. After contacting the man the police reported he was not using the sword in an illegal manner.
• Property damage was reported in the 200 block of Willow.
• Property damage was reported in the 1200 block of Lyon.
• Stealing was reported in the 400 block of North Eighth Street.
• Property damage was reported in the 300 block of North Levering.
