Travon L. St. Clair, 11, of Hannibal, went by ambulance to Blessing Hospital in Quincy, Ill., for treatment of minor injuries suffered in a collision at 11:50 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 19, in rural Marion County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the accident occurred on U.S. 24 two miles east of Taylor.

Officers said Ben G. Dacus, 34, of Mountain Home, Ark., was driving a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan and attempting to change lanes, and the van hit the passenger side of a 2017 Ford Focus driven by Travis L. St. Clair, 37, of Taylor. Travon was St. Clair's passenger.

All three occupants were wearing seat belts, and neither driver reported injuries.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department and Palmyra Fire Department assisted the State Patrol at the scene.
