A Monroe County faces two charges following a drug bust Saturday morning.

On Saturday, June 23, Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Talley Kendrick charged Lee Walkup, of Stoutsville, Mo., with delivery of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of a firearm.

According to Kendrick, the charges resulted from the execution of a search warrant by the East Central Drug Task Force with the assistance of the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

10th Circuit Associate Judge Michael Wilson set Walkup's bond at $75,000 cash only. He is currently being held in the Monroe County Jail.
