Two people face drug-charges related following a Monday raid at a Hannibal home.

On Monday, June 18, 2018, officers assigned to the Hannibal Police Department’s Anti-Crime Enforcement Squad (ACES) executed a search warrant in the 2400 block of Chestnut Street based on an ongoing narcotics investigation. During the search officers allegedly located methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

As of Wednesday morning, two people were charged with crimes.

Teneka Cheadle, 37, and Marvin White, 33, both of Hannibal, were charged with possession of a controlled substance, a class D felony.

Both face a Friday arraignment in front of Judge John Jackson in Marion County Associate Circuit Court.

Three other people were arrested Monday afternoon, but do not yet face charges. The Courier-Post typically does not identify suspects not charged with a crime.
