Applications are available at the City Office or at www.parismo.net for landowners and business in Paris, with a preference for those in the downtown area, to apply for an economic development assistance program.

At this time, businesses whose primary operations are retail are not eligible — except those located in the downtown area. Successful applications can be awarded up to $4,000 as a reimbursement for improvements to buildings and real property. The reimbursement can cover up to one-third of the cost of the total project.

These projects could include tuckpointing, façade improvements, signs, windows, and anything else that meaningfully improves properties in the community.
