Monroe County Prosecuting Attorney Talley Kendrick announces the following people were sentenced to the Missouri Department of Corrections on April 5.

Nathan Bryant had previously been placed on probation for possession of a controlled substance and receiving stolen property. He failed to abide by the terms and conditions of his probation and his probation was revoked and his eight-year sentence was executed. This case was investigated by the Monroe City Police Department.

Casey Bailey had previously been placed on probation for possession of a controlled substance. She failed to abide by the terms and conditions of her probation and her probation was revoked and her seven-year sentence was executed. This case was investigated by the Northeast Missouri Narcotics Task Force with the assistance of the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office.

Joshua Frost pled guilty to stealing and unlawful use of a weapon. He was sentenced to seven years in the Missouri Department of Corrections pursuant to Section 559.115, Rsmo. These cases were investigated by the Missouri State Highway Patrol and the Monroe City Police Department respectively.
