The goal of this program is to teach teens and pre-teens to value work, value their community and value their future. Participants perform various community service projects and are given the opportunity to take part in many educational and motivational events throughout the summer. In essence, the program prepares young people for their first real job and teaches many valuable life lessons regarding work ethic and responsibility.
