Mr. and Mrs. William W. Page of Withers Mill will celebrate 65 years of marriage with an open house held by their children from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 18, in the Fellowship Hall at Immanuel Lutheran Church, West Ely.

Mr. and Mrs. William W. Page of Withers Mill will celebrate 65 years of marriage with an open house held by their children from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 18, in the Fellowship Hall at Immanuel Lutheran Church, West Ely.

Dorothy Poppe and William Page were united in marriage on Feb. 22, 1953, at Zion Lutheran Church in Palmyra. The late Rev. A.J. Becker officiated. Attendants were Eugene Pennewell and Waunita Anderson Bowen.

Mrs. Page is the daughter of the late John H. and Thelma Vail Poppe.

Mr Page is the son of the late William E. and Alice Sparks Page.

They are the parents of Gary W. Page Sr. of Emerson and Roger D. Page of Hannibal; and have 11 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren,

Mr. and Mrs. Page farmed for many years and ran the Way Far and Rocket restaurants for 20 years. They are members of Immanuel Lutheran Church.

All friends and family are invited to the open house, and they request no gifts.
