That theme will be shared by Guest Presenter Jermaine Galloway from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 7, at the Hannibal High School Auditorium, 4500 McMasters Ave. Galloway will provide tools, resources and training to help parents, caregivers and other loved ones spot the signs of substance abuse.

The event is open to the public and is sponsored by the Riedel Foundation, the Hannibal Alliance for Youth Success (HAYS) and Turning Point Recovery Centers.
