Weather permitting, Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) crews will perform road work on two Marion County routes. Please see the dates and locations below.

Missouri Route 79 — Tuesday, Jan. 30 to Wednesday, Jan. 31, one lane will be closed at the U.S. Route 36 ramp for shoulder work between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. each day.

U.S. Route 36 — Wednesday, Feb. 7, crews will have one eastbound lane closed between Veterans Road in Hannibal and U.S. Route 61 for bridge maintenance on the Munger Lane overpass from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

U.S. Route 36 — Thursday, Feb. 8, one eastbound lane will be closed between U.S. Route 61 and Missouri Route 79 in Hannibal for bridge maintenance on the Missouri Route 79 overpass from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

U.S. Route 36 — Friday, Feb. 9, crews will close one westbound lane between Missouri Route 79 and U.S. Route 61 in Hannibal for bridge maintenance on the Missouri Route 79 overpass from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Motorists will need to use caution while traveling through these areas and obey all signage and personnel.
