Four people were charged with drug-related felonies following two separate raids led by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.

Four people were charged with drug-related felonies following two separate raids led by the Monroe County Sheriff’s Department.

During both raids, the first in the evening hours of Jan. 18, and the second, on Monday night, officers from the Sheriff’s office, Missouri Highway Patrol and the East Central Drug Task Force seized methamphetamine, heroin, marijuana plants, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a firearm.

The raids were staged on Jan. 18 at 26089 Monroe Road 756, and on Monday night at 33970 State Route U in Stoutsville.

Charged were: Michelle M.B. Sharp 47, of Paris; Richard S. Painter, 43, of Paris; David L Hahn, 65, of Stoutsville; and Kevin V. Hahn, 31, of Stoutsville. Sharp and Painter are being held on a $50,000 cash-only bond, David Hahn on a $60,000 cash-only bond and Kevin Hahn was released after posting bail.

Sharp faces charges for the manufacture of a controlled substance-except 35 grams or less marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid; possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid; keeping or maintaining a public nuisance; and delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.

Painter is charged with manufacture of a controlled substance-except 35 grams or less marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid.; possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid; keeping or maintaining a public nuisance; and unlawful use of a weapon

David L. Hahn, whom police report is currently on parole for heroin possession, is charged with possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid; possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid; and keeping or maintaining a public nuisance

Kevin V. Hahn DOB is charged with delivery of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid, possession of a controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid and delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid.

Investigators reported finding marijuana plants, digital scales, glass pipes and several bags of methamphetamine and a shotgun on the raid conducted at the residence occupied by Painter and Sharp.

During the raid on the Han residence, Investigators reported finding various residue of meth and heroin residue drug paraphernalia, including syringe with residue, two spoons with residue and rolling papers with a white pipe.

Kevin Hahn will appear before Judge Michael Wilson on Feb. 6, while David Hahn, Painter, and Sharp will appear in court on Jan. 30.
