An autopsy was performed on the 55-year-old Hannibal resident and preliminary findings do not indicate foul play.

No foul play is suspected in the death of a Hannibal man whose body was found in downtown Hannibal.

On Monday, Jan. 22, Hannibal Police officers were called to the 200 block of Hill St to assist Emergency Medical Services (EMS) in regard to an unconscious male. When they arrived on scene EMS determined the subject was deceased.
