At the monthly Hannibal Coin Club meeting in November, the club held a White Elephant auction. The 36 members and visitors raised $236 which has been donated to the local Helping Area Youth Succeed organization. The money is to be used in purchasing peanut butter for the Hannibal public schools' "Buddy Pack" program.

In addition, the Hannibal Coin Club will conclude its canned food drive at the Dec. 19 meeting with all goods to be donated to local food banks. This is the fifth year the club has raised money and goods for local charities and the Honor Flight.
