The Hannibal public school district’s P.A.T.C.H. Center, located on McMasters Avenue, was highlighted during a chamber of commerce ribbon cutting Wednesday.

The P.A.T.C.H. Center, which represents a collaboration between the Hannibal school district and Clarity Healthcare, which is united with Preferred Family, was featured during a chamber of commerce ribbon cutting Wednesday.

The clinic, which is located on the McMasters Avenue school campus, offers medical or mental health support to any Hannibal public school district student whose parent gives consent, or any staff member who is employed by or retired from the Hannibal school district.

Superintendent Susan Johnson is pleased with the first-year venture.

“It’s working wonderfully. I have literally heard no negative comments,” she said. “It’s been an asset and I’m thrilled to have it here.”
