Mississippi Mind Trap recently wrapped up its Hunger Action Month campaign to benefit The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri. During the month of September, the business earmarked 10 percent of sales to The Food Bank through its L.O.C.K., or Loving Our Community & Kids, program. Owner Eddie Lennox, right, presents a check in the amount of $463 to Steve Yager, regional coordinator for The Food Bank. Because of The Food Bank's purchasing power, the donation equates to more than $9,700 worth of groceries that will be provided to Marion County food pantries at no charge.
