The man accused of shooting at and injuring a Monroe City police officer will soon be back before a judge.

The man accused of shooting at and injuring a Monroe City police officer will soon be back before a judge.

Timothy Brokes, who facing assault charges from a January 2016 incident he which he is accused of shooting and injuring Travis Pugh while on the run for other crimes, will be before 10th Circuit Presiding Judge Rachel Bringer Shepherd on Aug. 7.

Disposition hearings are a chance to enter pleas. Brokes is also charged in separate murder and assault incidents in Marion County.
