United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) free Summer Lunches will be available from 11:30 a.m. 12:30 pm, Monday through Friday at several Hannibal locations.

Persons age 18 and under can have a free lunch at the following locations:

Shirley Bomar Building

Dorsey Park (9th & Rock)

Park Terrace Apartments

Holman Place Apartments Community Room

Green Meadow Apartments playground

First United Methodist Church on Broadway

South Side Baptist Church

Hannibal Apartment on Centerville Road

Under the partnerships, Douglass Community Services manages the USDA grant and partnering organizations provide volunteers to prepare and distribute the lunches.

“Volunteers make this program possible and we are grateful for those who come and serve.” said RSVP Director Stacey Nicholas. “We hope all children will come and enjoy lunch.”

Douglass Community Services is a private, non-profit serving eight counties in Northeast Missouri.
