The US Jaycees convened for its annual meeting in April at The Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas to celebrate 2016 and install the National Team for 2017. Members from across the nation came to participate in training, awards and fellowship.
The Hannibal chapter received a Shoot for Success award for their efforts in 2016 with membership. Darrell McCoy was awarded a Presidential Medallion for his efforts as the Membership Vice President in 2016, capitalizing on 8 quarters of growth for the Hannibal Jaycees. Trisha O’Cheltree was awarded a Presidential Medallion for her efforts serving on the U.S. Jaycees Board of Directors as the National Chaplain and National Program Manager Liaison in 2016.
