Since 1971, Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. has recognized graduating students at the Hannibal Career and Technical Center for performance in the field of industrial technology.

Since 1971, Hannibal Carbide Tool, Inc. has recognized graduating students at the Hannibal Career and Technical Center for performance in the field of industrial technology.  Students earn points for grades received in grades 9 -12 English, Math, Science, Industrial Arts, and Trade and Industry classes.  Students also complete a standardized trade and industrial test and earn points for their score.  The winners are the top four students who accumulate the most points.

First place winner Nathan Miles will receive a $150 cash award.  Nathan completed two years of Agriculture Science, two years of Landscape and Turf Management and one year of Machine Tool Technology. Second place winner Brandon Zeiger will receive a $100 cash award.  Brandon completed one year of Agriculture Science and two years of Industrial Mechanics.  Third place winner Dustin McGuire will receive a $75 cash award.  Dustin completed one year of Natural Resource Management, one year of Agriculture Science, two years of Landscape and Turf Management and one year of Building Trades.  Fourth place award winner Steven Gibbs, will receive a $50 cash award.  Steven completed two years of Building Trades.
