The Hannibal Heritage Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution met Saturday, May 6, at the home of member Stephanie Raimer. Evelyn Trickel of Trenton, Mo., presented a program on the Orphan Train. Trickel, a fellow DAR member, has done extensive research on the Orphan Train topic and authored books on the subject. She presented two volumes to Hannibal Heritage member and Missouri DAR State Librarian Kay Ellis for the use of the Hannibal-LaGrange University Library.
