Weather permitting, the Champ Clark Bridge on U.S. Route 54 over the Mississippi River in Louisiana will be closed overnight between Monday April 10 and Tuesday, April 11.

Weather permitting, the Champ Clark Bridge on U.S. Route 54 over the Mississippi River in Louisiana will be closed overnight between Monday April 10 and Tuesday, April 11.

The bridge will close at midnight Monday, April 10, and open to traffic at 6 a.m. on Tuesday, April 11. Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) crews will have the Champ Clark Bridge located on U.S. 54 in Louisiana temporarily closed for routine maintenance.

Motorists will need to use alternate routes during this time. Message boards have been placed in advance on either side of the bridge to alert drivers.
