Helping Ronald McDonald House

“For the last four years my family and I along with family, friends, and my youth basketball team (Tri-City Sharpshooters) have collected can tabs.  We turn them in to the Ronald McDonald House in Columbia each July during the annual Show-Me State Games.  When our oldest daughter Ellie was born in 2003 they thought that she had an issue with her stomach, so it was decided that she needed to be air lifted to Columbia. The Ronald McDonald House was very gracious and got us a room right away.  It is very comforting to know that there is such a place that goes out of there way when a family is in a time of need.” Jeff Locke/contributed
