Michael and Carla Chlebanowski spent time volunteering with sandbagging in downtown Hannibal this past weekend. “It was very cool to see so many from the community working together, including friends, neighbors, business associates and church organizations as well as the National Guard,” Carla said. “Averting disaster will be a real coup for Hannibal.” These are photos taken by Michael Chlebanowski on Saturday and Sunday, June 14 and 15.
