Shelbi Walker was crowned Wake Up To Missouri Outdoors on Sept. 5 at the Miss Missouri Outdoors Pageant in St. Clair, Mo. Shelbi’s duties are to promote tourism throughout the state of Missouri,promote water ways, state parks and not for profit organizations.
Shelbi won Photogenic out of 22 other contestants. She will travel with other queens through the state for the coming year.
Shelbi is the 13-year-old daughter of Ron and Kay Williams of Hannibal, and is a student at Hannibal Middle School.
