Bow Wow Luau planned Saturday

Lyndell Davis, Hannibal police chief, and Jimmy Shinn, Marion County sheriff, have both agreed to take turns in a dunking booth Saturday, Sept. 26, during the Northeast Missouri Humane Society’s “Bow Wow Luau” at the Mark Twain Cave.
Among the special events planned is an appearance by TEAM DOG of St. Louis.
Minimum registration for the event is $20, which includes an event T-shirt and a bag containing goodies for both owner and pet.
Registration for this fund-raiser will begin at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Events and contests will start at 10 a.m. Demonstrations start at 11 a.m.
