OATS transportation is available to anyone regardless of age or income. To schedule a ride, call your local contact person.

Hannibal to Quincy, Ill., call (800) 654-6287, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.
Monday through Friday - Hannibal in town. Call (800) 654-6287, between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. at least 24 hours in advance.
Second Tuesday - Marion County to Hannibal.
Fourth Tuesday - Marion County to Quincy, Ill.
Third Wednesday - Hannibal and Palmyra to Quincy.
Fourth Monday - Marion County to Mexico.
County Committee Meeting: 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, Palmyra First Christian Church. The public is invited.
In addition to the above schedule, transportation is available once a week from Marion County to Columbia and Marion County to St. Louis on the “Weekly Express.” For more information, call (800) 654-6287.
Individuals, organizations, groups or agencies may contract with OATS for as little as one hour or for one year with an option to renewal. If an individual or group needs transportation services beyond what is scheduled in the county, OATS might be able to provide it. Call (800) 654-6287 for rates and availability.
OATS is funded, in part, through contracts with the Missouri elderly and Handicapped Transportation Assistance Program (MEHTAP), Northeast Missouri Area Agency on Aging, Missouri Department of Transportation, rider donations and private contributions.
