Diabetes support group meeting Dec. 3

Cory Sturtevant, Hannibal Regional Hospital chef, will be the guest speaker at the next HRH Diabetes Support Group at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3 in the Sophia Kern Auditorium inside the Chapel Hill Building (formerly the Hannibal Regional Office Center) located on Virginia Street. Chef Sturtevant will talk about lowering calories and carbs in popular soups. Soup and dessert samples will be available for tasting after the talk.
The HRH Diabetes Support Group provides opportunities to discuss ways to manage and cope with diabetes. Speakers are provided on a regular basis at the meetings.  Facilitated by a Certified Diabetes Educator, this support group is provided at no cost to participants.
